Fly fishery

Tree Tops Fly Fishery is set in glorious countryside just 15 minutes from Chester. Tree Tops is a long established fly fishery consisting of 8 lakes, the largest being one a half acres.

The lakes are supplied by a mountain stream of high quality water giving us an abundant supply of fresh water shrimps and all the nymphs. The fantastic fly life produces hatches in sequence all through the season.

Fish stocked regularly with top quality rainbow trout ranging from 1.5 lbs to 10 lbs. The best fish so far is 16 lbs 8ozs.

Tickets available are 4, 6 and 8 hours. You may take fish or buy a sporting ticket.

Overall opening hours 8 a.m until dusk/10p.m.

4hrs - 2 fish limit - £15

6hrs - 3 fish limit - £19.50

8hrs - 4 fish limit - £23

NB.Fish over limit may be returned or purchased at £2 per lb

8hrs - £17

Accommodation for long or short breaks. Residents may use our free of charge dedicated coarse fishing lake about 500 yards from fly fishery.
