DreamStreams fly fishing courses

Having provided fly fishing courses since 1981, we have learned a great deal about the real needs of those who are either taking up fly fishing or joining a course to improve their casting and fly-fishing skills and knowledge. The instruction you will receive with DreamStreams is based on 50 years of experience of fishing for salmon, trout, sea trout (sewin) and grayling on rivers and lakes throughout the UK and in France, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Sweden, Russia and Iceland.

With two experienced, professional instructors and access to a 3-mile prime beat of the top game-fishing river in Wales, you are guaranteed not only personal attention but also a memorable experience and a wealth of information and tips that will make all the difference to your fly fishing. That’s a promise!

The emphasis is on getting tackle, techniques and tactics right for the particular water conditions, on reading the river to select the best places to fish and the flies most likely to succeed. In other words our courses are practical rather than theoretical. Most of the time you will be out on the river receiving advice, guidance and where appropriate practical demonstrations of techniques that will help you to catch more fish and enjoy your fishing experiences more.
